Service projects
Scope, deliverables, price, schedule and each party’s responsibilities are confirmed in writing before a project starts. Listed fees are in Canadian dollars, plus applicable taxes. For service projects, a 50% deposit is required before work begins and the balance is due on delivery; certified translations are paid in full when ordered. No work begins before the payment set out in the quote. The client company remains responsible for its decisions and its filings with the authorities.
The CIBLE assessment fee is credited toward a compliance project booked within 30 days of its delivery. The re-check included in labelling and signage reviews and in the Quebec Market Entry package covers corrections submitted within 30 days of the report.

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
