Fee schedule
Published prices, confirmed in writing before we start
We don’t bill by the hour. Every service has a fixed price or a published range, and the written quote sets out the scope, deliverables and timeline before you commit.
Full fee schedule
Grouped by what you need to do: review, fix, file or maintain.
Review
Find out exactly what complies and what doesn’t, with a written report and a clear verdict.
Fix
Get accurate French text, ready to print, publish or sign.
File
Prepare the documents your company submits to the Office québécois de la langue française.
Maintain
Stay compliant as your products, website and documents change.
Prices in Canadian dollars, plus applicable taxes. A 50% deposit is due when the project starts and the balance on delivery; certified translations are paid in full when ordered. Translating a full website or a set of documents is quoted at a fixed price after the review. We don’t bill by the hour.
Frequently asked questions
Why publish your prices?
So you can decide before the first call. A fixed price also protects you from overruns: if the work takes longer than planned, that’s on us.
How does payment work?
A 50% deposit when the project starts and the balance on delivery. Certified translations are paid when ordered. Taxes are added to the listed prices.
Is the assessment fee credited toward the project?
Yes. If you book the compliance project within 30 days of receiving the assessment, its fee is credited toward the project.
What does monthly monitoring include?
A review of your new content, up to 10 items a month (pages, posts, labels or short documents), updates to your document register and an alert when the rules change. Longer items are quoted separately.
